A: I first picked up a camera seriously when I was about 23. My husband, (boyfriend at the time) got me my first real DSLR camera. I started document children I babysat for.  I joined a school photography company ( yup! picture day). It was a blast. I made nearly nothing but it was a lot of fun and I made some great connections. I photographed weddings with co-workers on the weekends. From here I feel in love with photography hard. 

A: I have always had a passion for photographing children. I loved to capture them exploring their surroundings. Captureing the wonder in their eyes. I become an ECE and a teacher for that very reason too. When I become a Mom I found a deep desire to capture all the little moments that go by so quickly. I feel very passionate about photographing all things Motherhood. There really is no experience like it. It is beautiful, messy and full of love.

A: Oh my goodness! This can be one of the hardest parts of a photoshoot. Even though I help others plan their outfits, I always get tangled up and confused about what to pick for my own sessions. So I get it!  Have you fear beautiful Mama, we are in this together. I will provide you with a style guide to help you plan out your outfit. I always think neutrals are the best and I like to limit pattern but encourage texture. Maxi dresses are always so pretty but if your not a dress person thats ok!!  I do have a growing client closet. It is small at the moment but will grow over time. You are welcome to use anything in there.  I always say please no logos or words on your shirt if you can manage it. Also, consider foot ware! This is sometimes over looked but it makes a big impact on photos. Children can often go barefoot to show off those sweet little toes! 

A: Yes yes and yes. Keep in mind, if we do a session at my outdoor studio, I have chickens.   This might be a deal breaker for you. We don't want your pup distracted if thats something that will bother him or her!

A: Absolutely. All of your chosen images will be naturally edited to remove blemishes, correct color, and enhance the overall image to make you look your best. 

A: Totally! But I want you feeling 1,000% comfortable and excited about the quality of your photographs before placing orders on those. That way, you only order exactly what you want, when you want, and when you know with confidence that they are going to look amazing on your walls and in your fine art heirloom albums. And all of this is done & ordered right through your online gallery! 

A: Yes, I do! Traditional payments are 50% due at the time of booking (within a week) and the final 50% is due  prior to your session. But, if you wanted to do the payment plan, I can stretch it into equal 1/3's or 1/4's if that works best for you. Just let me know what you prefer, and I will make it happen. It's that easy.

A: Let's face it. Things happen. Children get sick. Parents get sick. Oh Covid times... I try to be as flexible as possible. We will reschedule if needed. I try not to reschedule but thats life right now! Let's all be patient and flexible. I am a Mom too, I get it! 

A: Yes, and my family is vaccinated as well. I've always taken the health of other families seriously. I will notify you if there's even a hint of illness in my house, and ask that your family does the same. I wear a mask for all indoor newborn sessions.
