The Chelsey Kae Photography Experience
We have all heard the saying, "babies don't keep". I have never heard truer words, but I didn't know this truly until I have my own babies. In a blink of feel an eye your children are taller, smarter, and talking a mile a minute. Let me help you remember all your little one's milestones and create beautiful artwork from them.
Sessions are usually held when baby is 4-12 months. Choose between an outdoor session at the studio property or an indoor session at my studio on a simple backdrop which showcases your sweet baby. All sessions include beautiful portraits of your child. for you to display on your walls. You can also choose to include a smash (cake, donut or even pizza!)

You have started the process already just by being here. Please send me a quick "Hello" through the contact form. I would love to chat with you about your family and your photography needs. Let me know what type of session you are interested in (studio, or outdoor), a date you have in mind and any other details about your amazing family.
I will always respond as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours to make sure we are a great fit for your vision, and get your date secured on my calendar.

1. Say Hello
2. You booked- what now?
Once you've booked your date, we get all those details ironed out. We will confirm your location of choice and time for best lighting and or children's moods. This is when you will receive your contract and get all that extra info such as how to contact me, what happens if the weather doesn't cooperate, and what you can expect on your session date.
Communication and preparation are key. The more you know, the better you will feel arriving at your session. And the more I know, the better your session will turn out!
3. ask me Anything
Really, please, ask away. There is no silly question. I am here to help and guide you through this process. I want to make sure you have a smooth experience with me so if there is anything you'd like to know, ask away!
4. Your session
Yippy! I am so excited about your session. The weather is beautiful, the sun has been shining. You have done your hair and your make up is on-point. You have selected a dress from my ever growing client closet or maybe we have consulted on what you should wear. Either way you are going to rock this session.
Don't worry about poses. I help with this. We will take baby steps. There will be lost of snuggling and kissing, you will hold your baby and daydream about her sweet little toes and tiny nose. You will laugh as your partner whispers silly things in your ear.
We will capture the love between you, your partner and your unborn child.
5. your photographs
It is a few weeks after you session and you simply cannot wait to see your images. We will get together again in person or via Google Meet to view your images together. I will help you select the images you wish to purchase and print. We will plan and order your beautiful wall art , albums and digital images.
After the orders have been placed you will receive your wall art and albums about 3-4 weeks after.

What an incredible experience. I had the privilege of having Chelsey do our maternity photos in her studio and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I was a bit nervous that I wouldn't know what to do or how to pose, but Chelsey made me feel so confident and comfortable as soon as I walked into the studio. The photos are timeless and elegant and I am so grateful for her serious skills! Not only are her photos incredible, but she is simply a lovely and talented woman both in front and behind the camera.
