Several years ago I was part of this photography group on Facebook. I am not one to go to meetings of these sorts of groups, normally. But for some reason this one day was different and I decided to take a chance and go to a meet and greet held by this photography group. This meeting was at Stephanie’s house. I got to meet her and several other wonderful photographers. As many things this group wained and fizzled off. Stephanie and I remained friends and became colleagues in the photography industry. We can be found sipping coffee and chatting about our wild.. err.. amazing children or about an upcoming session or wedding we will document together. Photographers are often lone wolfs and are rarely seen in packs. I personally think this is silly and we should travel more in packs. We need to be supportive of one another and without going on more of a rant… I am very thankful to have found that support in Stephanie. Well, that became a little long than anticipated. Stephanie, your family is beautiful. Your kids and… wait!! hold the phone.. where was your dog?! I cant believe we didn’t capture Watson… People.. I love dogs. If you have a special dog in your family let me know and we will try our hardest to involve him or her.
