Dynamo Gymnastics: Build Strength and Teamwork Skills in Guelph!

Keeping your child active in the early years is one of the best things you can do for them. This is the time when your child is constantly wanting to run around and explore. By finding a group activity, you can harness that energy into a sport that will help them build strength while learning all about teamwork. If you need a good activity for your child, I would love to tell you about Dynamo Gymnastics. With this gym, your child will be able to increase their flexibility and learn foundational skills that will last them for years.

About Dynamo Gymnastics

650 Jamieson Pkwy Unit 8, Cambridge, ON N3C 0A5

Dynamo Gymnastics is a huge space that has pretty much everything you could need to get your child started in the sport. The center is a 23,000-square-foot facility outfitted with the very latest gymnastics equipment. You’ll find 2 in-ground Olympic-sized trampolines, a 40-foot tumble trampoline, a separate 60-foot tumbling track, soft touch beams, a 7,000-square-foot Tumbling Gym, and a separate Kinder space where younger kids can train and play. While the center offers recreational and competitive classes, you can find drop-in options to get your child started. They also offer free trial classes to let you try the sessions out.

All The Fun And Learning

Your child can start out with Dynamo Gymnastics recreational classes as early as 12 months old. These classes welcome both boys and girls and let them learn with you at their side. You will remain within arms reach of your child so you can guide them as needed and keep them safe. Once your child is around the age of 3, they will get to be more independent and start using “just for kids” equipment. The gym offers recreational programs up through the teenage years.

If your child is interested in getting a little more competitive, the gym has programs for them. They offer Women’s Artistic programs as well as Tumbling Gymnastics. With both options, they will work with your child to turn them into skilled, confident athletes. If your child needs a little extra help on their practice, you can always stop by a skill-specific clinic so they can reach their fullest potential.

During these sessions, your child will learn a mixture of gymnastics, obstacle training, martial arts, and freestyle movement.
